Since October 1, 2015, all the manufacturing and sales of non road mobile machinery with diesel engine, its exhaust emissions must meet the requirements of the third phase of this standard.
Since April 1, 2016, all non road mobile machinery manufactured, imported and sold shall not be fitted with diesel engines that do not meet the requirements of the third phase of the road standard > (except for agricultural machinery).
Since December 1, 2016, all agricultural machinery manufactured, imported and sold shall not be fitted with diesel engines that do not meet the requirements of the third phase of the road standard.
2.The Ministry of environmental protection in the environmental and atmosphere #3 of [2016] “Concern the motor vehicles and off road mobile machinery environmental information disclosure announcement”. For the environmental information disclosure, China will formally implement the emission of off road mobile machinery in July 1, 2017.
