Forest Multi-functional Utility Vehicle Welcomes Specialized Engine Innovation
Recently, a small power unit specifically designed for forest and forestry departments—the specialized engine for forest multi-functional utility vehicles—has officially been born. This engine boasts multiple advantages, featuring a small size, light weight, diverse functionalities, and comprehensive configurations, catering to the needs of various operations, loading, transportation, firefighting, sanitation, and other purposes across different forest terrains.
The engine is equipped with a full range of configurations, including cylinder preheating, air filters, water tanks, lateral hydraulic pumps, main connection plates, and air compressors, ensuring efficient operation in various complex environments. Notably, its unique cold start preheating function can heat the cooling water and oil cooler oil in the engine cylinder cover simultaneously through a heater in extremely cold weather conditions down to -30°C, thereby ensuring high reliability during startup and optimal engine operation.
Furthermore, the engine adopts a multi-channel design for its thermostat system, enabling separate heating of the user's cab and other locations, significantly meeting customer needs. During summer, the air compressor system on the engine can provide air conditioning and cooling for the cab, further enhancing driving comfort.
To ensure the engine operates optimally under forest conditions, a professionally designed cooling water tank is also included. The overall dimensions of this power unit are 850x563x804 (including air filters and radiators), weighing only 275kg, yet possessing a power of 48kw/2700rpm. It utilizes advanced Stanadyne mechanical rotary pumps and turbocharging technology, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability.
The launch of this specialized engine for forest multi-functional utility vehicles will undoubtedly bring more convenient and efficient solutions to the work of forest and forestry departments.
