Raywin Second Assembly Base Completes Delivery of First Batch Order
On the morning of March 30, Raywin Chongqing Base completed the delivery of the first batch of 128 units 4R diesel engines (R7501-T4). It marks the beginning of mass production of Raywin's second assembly base and lays a solid foundation for the delivery demand of subsequent market orders.
In order to meet the demand of Raywin engine market, expand the assembly production volume of our engine and enhance the product delivery capacity. Beginning in October 2019, with the approval of the board of directors, the construction of the second assembly base was started. From the initial engine product technical specifications, process planning, product quality, production plan docking, logistics transfer, parts and materials inspection, etc., gradually assembly and testing of prototypes, small batches, etc. After everyone's joint efforts, the first batch of 128 units diesel engines was successfully delivered in a short period of time.
At present, the 4R engine product of Chongqing's second assembly base has met the mass production stage, and will gradually expand the mass production assembly capacity of other diesel engine models in the future.
